I have upgrade on Friday got the call from the fraud team asking if it was me then confirmed and then got email says the order has gone through paid for Saturday 18th October delivery and it still says submitted and I didn’t get the delivery and not received Email from DHL also my order number is 604313572A. You need to call Three customer service. Unless your order says cancelled you’re ok. Call 333 now to check. And it’s DPD not DHL. If you call DPD customer service number from your current Three mobile,their system will recognise your number and tell you about your delivery. That number is 0121 275 0505. I had a delivery earlier this week so I know this info it is correct.
