Everytime I try to top up via the phone using 333 I put on my CVC it hangs up. Is there a way to resolve this issue? @Maxine

Download the My Three app and you can top up with ease on there.

Thankyou I tried that but my WiFi had run put and so three app couldn't authorise with my bank for confirmation of purchase as my WiFi had run out. I just went to the shop, bought a voucher. Problem Solved.
