From what you’ve said I think this refers to Threepay where you can charge certain online services to your phone bill. Things like game passes or online subscription charges. Somewhere along the line you’ve bought a product or service and authorised it to be charged to your phone number and customer service are correct in saying you need to contact that/those companies to stop them doing so if that is your wish.
