Hi I am looking for compensation for the outage last week on 3 network. I, my husband are both vulnerable and to be without being able to contact anyone for over 14 hours was totally unacceptable and scary.

Suggest for future outages, that all networks suffer occasionally, you make arrangements to
use a friends/neighbours phone who's on a different network. If you both have "3" phones, move one to another network.
