Trying to pay my broadband bill but it keeps linking me to an old Three account I stopped using 4 years ago

And when you contact them why don’t you set up a direct debit. Much easier!

Thanks for reaching out here.

Did you register your Broadband account on My3 with the same email address that you had on your previous Three account from 4 years ago?

If so, it may be that the registration requires a reset, as the email address may still be connected to the older service.

Please have a chat with the Home Broadband team for some support with this.
