My payment didn’t go through for an auto renew data pack, I accidentally had “in app purchases” disabled, my account says i have the data pack so i cant renew manually

I just wanted to check in with you about this - are you still experiencing payment problems with the auto-renew for your data pack?
Were you able to check if this was set as being taken from cash credit or via a saved payment method?

Sorry to hear this, I'm not too sure if in app purchase settings should affect your option to do an auto renew data pack, but I'm making enquiries to see if we can find out for certain.
Do you recall if you set the auto renew from your existing cash credit, or from a saved card as the payment method? I.e. is it possible you set to use credit and didn't have enough topped up for example?
What's the error or message that you see when you now try to add a data pack?
