Picturehouse code not working again

Hi there, 

I'm trying to use the Picturehouse code and it's not working again. I get an error message saying the code isn't valid. It's for a show tonight, so Friday to Sunday. I've had this issue several times now and often had to go into the cinema to book, with it often not working in person either.

I'm having the same issue. It says the code is not valid even though I got it today!
