Proof of Usage & carelessness of three Customers service team.

I have been waiting for proof of usage for 20 days now, service team says that they are having some problem with sending .gmail's.

When I received the paper one, date was wrong on usage, so companies doesn't accept it. So again start from scratch. Explain me how hard it is write the correct date?

Which make no sense, it take 5 days to generate one. I recommend to move your carrier from 3 to anything else. As the service is bizarre. Every time I call they start new case.

I’ve been waiting since December for proof of usage and baring. It’s a proper joke.

Avoid Three at all costs they don’t care about their customers.

I'm waiting for a month now calling every week, asking them to help now after one month they said they cant help because their system shows them wrong date. Today was the worst response from the Customer care service team, I told them its the worst service I have ever seen, and they said if you want you can go to other carriers after you finish your contract. I was so disappointed.still waiting for solution. Its better to leave this company as soon as you can, they are not even sorry, they will be rude with you. I'm so upset and frustrated with them, as they are doing nothing to solve.

They even lied to me saying their data is providing wrong date,

But I see correct date on 3 app.
