Proof of usage/ Barring

Hello community,

i got my phone from camden market last weekend on 20th sept 2025. I reported it to 333 to block my number and phone straight away. Later i contacted them, that for proof of usage and a replacement sim. I got replacement sim from store anyway but for proof they send me a link to submit my proof of purchase. I did uploaded it straightaway and the chat support asked for my phone details as well. But i didn't any confirmation that my document has been recieved. I contacted customer support again after 2 days and they said they cant see anything i have to do it again incase. I did uploaded but now after 5 days i contacted them again and i was told there is no document. Even though i got screenshots of submissions. Anyways they have asked me to upload it again wait for 5 days plus afterward it will take 72 hours to process it and additional 5 days to get my letter. I cant find any help from chat support. Anybody here, can help me with the situation as my insurance company clearly told me they wont initiate my claim without it and thats my work phone, it ie affecting me and my clients

Hello there. 

I'm not sure I follow exactly what's happening. If the phone was lost, and your insurance company is asking for proof of usage, that's something Three can provide. As far as I know, there isn't any evidence you need to submit to three in order to get that information. You might need to provide Three with Proof of purchase for the phone, but only in cases where you did not get the phone from Three. Assuming you're ok to proceed, all you need to do is contact the support team and let them know you'd like them to send you an email with your proof of usage.
