Hello. I've been on contract with Three since around 2014/15. I'm looking to upgrade my existing contract as its due to expire this coming month. The problem is the registration requires some additonal details that i can't remeber! (I'm guessing new registration system since i last singed up 24 months ago). Information such as the date when i opened my bank account (can't find it under Santander either), and the exact date i started work at my current employement (been working there for years!), etc - are things that i have simply forgotten about. Would it be ok to put down an estimate date if i can't remember an exact date? If not, then i will have to terminate my time with Three. Thanks for your time, Allan.

If you sign up to one of the free credit checking apps you will be able to find this information. ClearScore, CreditKarma etc. If you put the wrong info in it may affect the security check.
