Roaming Work for the 1st day out of 4 days in Spain

I’m in Spain for 4 days with 30Gb Pay As You Go package which allows data roaming up to 3Gb. The roaming worked just fine.

However, the data allowance ended up at 0.1Gbp/30Gb left on the first day. So I purchased a new package, 60Gb Pay As You Go package with up to 6Gp data roaming. Today is my second day in Spain and I cannot seem to use roaming at all. The current package states 0.1Gbp left while the new package also show up with 6Gp roaming allowance.

I tried inserting a sim again, restarting and enable roaming setting but it doesn’t work. What do I do?

Hello there. 

That's not so good. I'm wondering if the fact that your existing bundle is still there and hasn't been fully used yet might be preventing the new one from kicking in. There's no way to know from here, sadly. 

I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team on chat to see if the team can figure it out and resolve it for you.

Thank you for your comment! I think so too but i hadn’t have time to contact them during my trip.

I just back from the UK and i’ll reach out to their contact center later to make sure it won’t happen again in the next trip.

Check that your Spend Cap isn't set to zero, and that your Credit Limit isn't set to £1. Also, ensure you have Roaming enabled both on your account as well as your device. If in doubt, contact Customer Services.
