App won't let me log into broadband

I'm trying to log into the app through broadband. I get to the point where it asks me to put in the password on the device. It keeps saying it is wrong with 5 attempts left (this countdown doesn't go down). I have reset the device but this makes no difference. I would also appreciate if you stated where to find the password as there's multiple passwords written on the device so it's hard to know which one it is. I have tried them all and none work. I would appreciate any help as I currently don't have any access to my account.

Hello there.

Welcome to the Three Community. 

The passwords on the hub are for logging into the router Wifi, and logging into the router dashboard. If the app you're trying to log into is the Three app, there is no password on the hub for that. You would need to create a My3 account for that. If you're trying to log into an app for administration of the hub, the password would be the admin password on the hub. 

If none of that works, I'd recommend reaching out to the Broadband Support Team to have it looked into.

Also my phone account is separate to my WiFi account as they are paid for differently, I am currently posting this on my phone account as I can't get into my WiFi account.
