Not help needed however a warning for others, received a phone call today from someone claiming to be from Three offering me a lower contract. They asked for the amount I pay monthly (gave them the wrong amount) if the last 4 digits of my phone number are correct. They then proceeded to ask me for my email to which I said no, when I was firm in refusing to give my email saying they should have it, the person said they'll send the email and promptly hung up. Obvious Scam.
