Whilst in Europe, I can receive calls but can't make them. Every time I try to make calls while abroad, phone responds with "Server error, try again later".
I phoned Three business, and topped up the spending cap to £50, as they said I had reached my limit and this was the problem. They then instructed to restart the phone but none of that helped. Still giving the same error.
It's an Honor 200 phone. Mobile data works perfectly fine though and am happy with that. Weird that when making calls, phone comes up with this error.
Anyone know what might be causing this?

Hi again @EdwardDawson,
Have you still been experiencing these calling issues when roaming?
Did the Three Business team offer any other advice to work around this?
Thanks,
Michael

Hello there.
Do you use Wifi calling? If so, it might be worth turning it off as that feature doesn't work properly while roaming, and can result in call failures.
Pete.
