I have an iPhone 14 Pro, just purchased an Apple Watch SE cellular second generation smart watch for son. Ive set up the watch fine for my son but need the plan so it can be used on its own. I cannot add the smart watch pairing plan as the option is greyed out. 1 hour on the phone to customer services another hour on WeChat and NO ONE can figure it out!!! Both Apple devices are up to date. I’ve been in the three app, watch app and watch itself and there Is zero option to add a smartwatch pairing plan! HELP
