Starting a new sim contract

I am at the end of my phone and sim contract and I wanted to know if I could upgrade with just a sim only deal and then buy the newest phone through Apple instead. Would a sim card be transferable to the new device when I want to buy it

Hi @Henrywalkerr,

100% there's no issues with moving between Device and SIM only plans. We can't always promise to have as much support for a handset purchased through a 3rd party, particularly if we don't range it ourselves, but all Apple devices are pretty consistent regardless of whether purchased directly from us or not.

And yes, there's no issues with simply swapping your existing SIM into any unlocked handset.
