Swap physical sim for an esim

Fledgling

I am trying to convert my physical sim card for an esim but I am going round in circles.

The three.co.uk website says:

My3

  1. Log into My3
  2. Go to Plan
  3. Select Get a replacement SIM and follow the on-screen instructions.

But when I login my account and click plan it doesn't show me the option to get a replacement sim card.

I tried clicking on the help option then click how to order a replacement sim but it just shows me the same results saying I should login the website and click plan-> get a replacement sim card.

Also I have 2 x contract sim cards with three. I am the account holder and I pay the bills but when I login on the app it says I need to be the account owner to view and edit things.

When I got the 2 x sim cards from 3 I told them I wanted a 12 month contract and they have put me on a 2 year contract.

Hi there @ehudson34590,

If you'd like to order a new SIM, you can do this on the Three app through the following steps:

Account > Help > SIM support > Replace a SIM.

This may then open another page that asks you to sign in again for security reasons.

Once you do this, it'll take you to a dashboard. You can then navigate to the bottom of the screen to:

Plan > scroll all the way down until you see 'Replace SIM' and tap 'Get a replacement SIM'.

You'll then be able to select which kind of SIM and the replacement reason.

If you've got 2 plans with Three, it may be that the first phone number you acquired is what needs to be used for signing in.

If you are doing this, there may be some tweaks needed with your account to refresh the registration.

Please have a chat with Customer Services, who can certainly look at rectifying this with you.

I understand it must be concerning that your plan length is not what you believed had been taken.

The team will also be able to investigate the original purchases via your account and check the contract details.

Thanks,
Michael

Your best bet is to call 333 and they can send you your eSIMs immediately.
