Anyone got any bright ideas made a payment to three for a monthly top up three have taken double the amount I paid from my account and have not supplied what I paid for

It's disappointing to hear that the top up wasn't successful despite double the amount being taken. Sounds like something's gone oddly wrong.
Did you contact the Pay As You Go support team in order to get advice on what's happening with the account?
Fingers crossed the team can get the credit and/or allowances added onto the account for you.
