Three mislead me

So three mislead me on my phone contract. They said they will let me upgrade early and will pay for the rest of my remaining contract and now I am still being billed for my old device my new one. Support are useless. What are my options?

As we didn't hear back from you on this, I just wanted to check in.

When you upgrade to a new device plan, any payments on the previous plan would still be payable and Three would not pay the rest of this.

One option when purchasing a new phone is to trade in your old device and use that trade-in payment towards any outstanding balance on the original plan.

Please have a chat with Customer Services if you feel that you were not informed about the terms of the agreement, and a complaint can also be logged.

I don’t believe you were told that. I’m certainly not accusing you of telling porky pies but it just doesn’t ring true. Exactly who sold you your current contract? Was it a third party provider???
