On 16/10/2025, two fraudulent mobile phone contracts were taken out in my name with Three UK without my knowledge or permission. The contracts were created at the Three Store, Manchester Arndale, even though I do not live in Manchester and I was physically unable to travel due to recovering from major surgery. The fraudulent contracts total £3,500: • One Apple iPhone 17 Pro contract • One Samsung Z Fold7 contract I have never applied for these contracts, never signed any agreement, and never visited the Three Store.

Hi @Pjp,

I understand that this is very concerning to learn that some fraudulent plans were taken in your name.

Please see our dedicated page for more info on reporting fraud. Before we can investigate this further, we require you to register this matter with Action Fraud. The page provided gives some guidance on how you can do this.

Action Fraud will then provide a reference to you, which we'd ask you to share with Customer Services once you receive it. We'll then be able to investigate this through the Customer Protection Team and ensure that any appropriate actions are taken.

Thanks,
Michael

Then you need to report these incidents to customer service now. This is a discussion forum. I believe the fraud team at Three can be contacted directly on 0333 338 1012 and don’t forget to report it to Action fraud as well.
