I wanted to top up my E-SIM data pack. Previously it was £10 per month 3GB Data, unlimited text and calls. I topped up and the calls and texts come out of my credit.
How do I get this fixed.
Online and the App won't let me, on the phone it keeps sensing me validation texts.
Guess I'll have to visit a shop.

Hello there.
It sounds like you just applied a top up credit to the account rather than spending the £10 on a specific data pack. Doing that would just leave the credit on the account without any allowances, so any usage would be deducted from the credit.
If you buy the Data Pack directly next time, it'll apply the allowance immediately so that it can be used right away.
