3 has had my trade in phone for over 3 weeks now and told me that I would get my refund to my account within 5 days........this was 12 days ago and only just been told after 4 chats online that it went into my 3 account today and would take another 7 days to be transferred to my bank. Nobody told me this???? All lies and they had the cheek after hours of my life spent chatting to offer me £5 compensation (after many times asking). Absolute disgrace and lack of customer care. This feels like theft as 3 have had my old phone (my property still) for 3 weeks without payment??
Now I'm awaiting the complaints team to call but I doubt that will happen as I've asked for this on every chat and been promised I would get a call.....surprise surprise it never happened.
