Transcripts of Live Chats

Why are email transcripts of Live Chats still not being sent out?

This problem has been ongoing for months.

When will the issues be resolved?

I've had the same thing speaking to them with my partners help and they don't email now you have to download the transcript when you end the chat, but when I did that it only have me half my conversation which is our ragous. not happy at all

Sorry to hear this, was the chat transferred between more than one advisor/department? If you need access to any of your info held by Three you can find more info on how to request access here.
