What ad happened to three I'm awaiting for my 2 refunds .and talk about being messed about .can you please enlighten me I'm so fed up of chatting away on chat and being told it will be reimbursed in 28 days . Not happy

Same here had an extra direct debit with ref number H3G and 8 extra withdrawls, sent refs statements but keeps going back and fore. My 3rd reply keeps gong back to https://www.three.co.uk/support/complaints/how-to-complain and last email says case closed no explanation 😞

Then if what you say is right then you go to your bank and claim the money back under the direct debit guarantee.
