Solved. Just needed to wait until my current subscription had expired before I could sign up for the offer.

I had the same problem, however after waiting for the subscription to expire and received a new link I'm still getting an Activation Error.

Did you have to do anything else to get the link to work?

I just followed the original link that I received from customer services and it worked. Give customer services another call. Sorry I can't be more help.
