I've been charged £4.17 pm for the last 2 or 3 months as a one off charge. Can't find out what it's for. I'm on a monthly phone contract with a set charge and don't think I've used anything extra. Please tell me what it's for!!

As the others have mentioned this is a customer forum, so we don't directly view your bills from here. We may still be able to give advice, but you'd need to tell us more about what's on your bill.
If you check this by logging in to My3 on to https://three.co.uk or the Three App, find the relevant bill, and look for the charge there. Check if there's a description, such as an add on, or 3rd party service listed next to the charge? You may need to check the detailed breakdown, or itemised section.
