Unknown payment

This payment was taken from my bank today and it is not a contract of mine.  Three have confirmed this today.  I have been asked to provide evidence of the transaction on here.  I am now having to try and get my money back from my bank.

No way would they, or should they, ask you to post any personal data on a PUBLIC website. If the image you have posted contains any personal data delete it NOW.

Excuse the capitals but I need to an urgent serious point.

Hi @ljb1901,

Did you manage to get this resolved in the meantime since posting? We haven't allowed the image as we can't share personal/private info like bank statements on the community. If you haven't managed to get answers or a refund as of yet, please let me know and I'll get you in touch with some colleagues that can look into this further.
