Bought a data pack

Bought a 100GB data pack, and it wasn’t added to my number even though I was logged in. Is this normal? I’m afraid that they’re gonna deliver a new SIM or something instead of adding info into my existing number

No payment receipt

I am absolutely disgusted that three are not providing receipts for device payments. Not only that, support disconnect as they don’t want to help. This complaint has to be resolved, not closed without a resolution.
