Trying to finalise an upgrade agreement. Can’t find it at all and everytime i went on chat (5 times) after about 10 mins or so it kept logging me out. Never been so stressed out (my head hurts)

That's not ideal, it sounds like the app might be timing out or something like that. I can forward the feedback about that.
For now, I'd recommend doing your chat through the Web, as a log in through the app isn't actually needed in order to do a chat with the team. Hopefully this will allow you to stay connected for more than 10 minutes.
