Topped up the other day allowance vanished its vanished twice anyone else had this issue.Payed 20 quid for nothing i have no idea what is up with my account i always trun my datq off and have only made less than a dozen phone calls .

I'm sorry to hear that your credit seems to have vanished. This shouldn't happen as there should either be usage to account for the credit, or perhaps you've topped up as a data pack where you'd have calls, texts, and data allowances rather than cash credit.
We won't be able to determine what's happened from here on the Community, but we'd recommend to get in touch and we'll check this out further.
