Why cant i log into my account???

I'm trying to log into my account, with the correct credentials. 

I logged in fine 3 hours ago. 

Now i keep getting this error code: a7b94965-579f-4e3b-a

I changed my password and it still doesnt help, i get logged in and then my account fails to load.

Hello there. 

That's strange. It sounds like since you didn't change anything and the error just started to happen on its own, their might have been an issue on the system side. If you'd like to get that checked out, it would be best to contact the Support Team where they can advise of the latest info or complete the needed checks to see what's going on.
