Does anyone know why my services wouldn’t work on France if I have an advanced plan?

Hi @Jenette57,
Happy to help, we may need a bit more information about what's happening though. Have you been roaming on overseas networks previously without issue? How long have you been abroad for, did it initially work then stop?
Are you getting no service or signal whatsoever? Have you tested calls, texts and data? Any error messages displaying at all?
If you can let me know on as much of the above as possible, we can hopefully point you in the right direction.

Have you turned on roaming? Also not sure if you need to set a spending limit, I think that it defaults to 50 quid max.
