Not receiving calls and struggling to make any

Hi,I have recently joined Three and have kept my previous number. But when people try to ring me the phone doesn't ring. It goes directly to answer phone or shows as "call failed". It's becoming a huge problem. Can you please help? Thanks.  

Garbled phone calls from Three

Was called several times today but couldn’t understand a word being said mainly due to background noise and other voices. Who can I speak to to ask what it was about. Please no chat it.
