You are not authorized to change the services. Only the account owner is allowed to perform changes.

Has any one managed to get this fixed on their account as I am fast running out of confidence!

is it in breach of Three’s contact to not provide the service they advertise!

Another conversation, why do three sound surprised when their fix doesn’t work. 
still the message below shows on my account

 You are not authorized to change the services. Only the account owner is allowed to perform changes.

Has anyone ever had this resolved?

Welcome to the Three Community.

Do you have multiple subscriptions linked on your My3 login, at all? If so, it sounds like you may be logging in as a user instead of the account holder.

Hello Kate 

I have had the account for probably about 15 years. I do not have multiple subscriptions. I believe the problem started when my email was changed from ****@***** The new email I had was then changed by three uk helpdesk to another which hasn’t solved the problem!
