Hiya, 

I canceled my Three Mobile Broadband contract over a month ago, and the system seems to have a pending state on the "My Three" but still lists my contract as active.

I'm growing sick and tired of calling three, and getting them to confirm my contract is cancelled, as they are so vague about it.

I have sent back my 5g router, which they received a week ago.

So why are they still taking the money for my broadband and why is the phone support so poor?

How can I sort this, I'm fed up of calling their tedious support and of a mind to simply leave three and go to another provider for my mobile phone, as I have had enough.

Why is such a simple task like cancelling a mobile broadband contract made to be so difficult? Three really need to look at their call centres and they are dreadful.

Is it normal for three to take ages to amend the direct debit for a cancelled account? They took £56 this month, which included £20 for the broadband, which they should no longer be taking. I cancelled almost 6 weeks ago, and had to chase them twice to get the details to send my 5G router back. They have this now, so the account should be settled.

When I check my three, it does at least say the mobile broadband is £0 a month now, do I have to wait for My Three to update? Its a disgrace that they take my money after so much notice I have cancelled?
