what is going on with you logon services, every time i want to complete a transaction i have to log back into to account

Hi @mcculloch1,

I'm not aware of any issue like this at the moment. Have you tried this from both the Three App, and the Three website using a browser? Are you able to test if the issue happens from an alternative device and browser?
