Having 2 SIM numbers in the 3 APP

Hi I have recently switched one SIM card to 3 and added it to my APP. I then purchased a new 3 SIM card and have set it up but do not see how to add it my 3 APP on my phone or on the PC. Can someone offer guidance?

Best solution Top up Voucher has only 14 digits

Has anyone had problems with their three top up voucher having only 14 digits. I purchased this at my local shop and the retailer has told me to speak to three as it is an error at their end. I cannot get through to speak to an advisor currently
