iPhone 17 pro missing from order delivered by DPD

DPD delivered a bundle from three. All the accessories are there except the phone 17 pro. I have raised a complaint to three and DPD. I am getting payment deducted each month which is so unfair.

How did you not notice that the parcel was significantly lighter? After all accessories weigh far less than a handset!
