my phone has broke i cant get on it i have a contract with you how do i go about getting a replacement phone

I'm really sorry to hear that your phone is broken, I know this can be a really frustrating situation but there are a few options to get you back online again.
If you have a Three Insurance cover you can make a claim online here. If you don't have insurance with us, or with a 3rd party that will cover the damage then you could also enquire about an early upgrade, or buy a replacement phone. If you decide to buy the replacement from a 3rd party make sure it's either a Three phone or an unlocked one.
