Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your PAC. Are you moving a number to or from Three? When you say we/they can't verify it, is this customer services, our online form, or are you speaking to another provider?

A pac code allows you to change your network not your number. Contact customer service and if there’s an issue they can sort it out for you.
