on the three mobile app/website my email address is missing in the "about me" section
I've spoken to three mobile via live chat 3 different times and nobody can fix this error. My email address is registered to my account but missing from the "about me" section of my online account, This leaves me unable to complete any upgrades online. I have given up with live chat and speaking over the phone.....how can it be impossible to fix this error? i am seriously considering cancelling all 3 of my contracts with three mobile

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with your account details, and that the team haven't been able to find a solution so far. Are you able to share screenshot of what you're seeing online? (Please don't include, or block out any personal info).

it’s hard to show without showing personal information, when I look at my details online the email address is blank. When I try to complete a purchase it fails, and highlights that my email address is missing from my details. But I can not add an email address myself.

Appreciate that it's difficult to not show too much info in a page which concerns personal details, I think probably best to take the conversation over to private message so that we can discuss this more freely.
