3 4G/5G hub not allowing connections on various non-browser applications

My 3 4G/5G hub can connect to the internet, the wifi works and I can browse the net. However, on nearly every other non-browser application, whether that be Discord, Microsoft Teams, Steam, anything not ran through a browser fails to fully connect. Discord allows text but not voice chat, Microsoft Teams fails to load, Steam can't connect to servers, my VPN cannot connect. I've tried going to the extent of turning off the firewall entirely with no luck. Other similar broadband connections work on the same device, it's localised entirely to this one router.

Try changing the APN to manual 3internet and IPv4 only.

How do I change the apn?

Right now the three SIM card which came with the 5g hub is inside the hub.

Do I get this out and put it in my phone and go into the settings then mobile network and change the apn to manual.

Hey @Megaman,

Welcome to the Community!

Changing the APN on a mobile device wouldn't alter the router settings.FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection This article contains some information that may help you. Some other users have found this helpful with issues relating to VPNs.

Let me know how you get on.

Thanks,
