My 4g+ hub is not connecting to the Internet - green lights, checking the coverage in my area and its fine, its the same place in my house as its been for 3 years, and it's on all my devices. When I connect to it, it briefly says connected, then changes to 'connected, no internet'. Spoke to a team member and after finally getting through after multiple disconnects, they could only suggest that the area might be busy, although this has been since gone 11 last night. They did reimburse me some money for the inconvience which was appreciated, but doesn't get me back online. Any ideas?

Update - I logged a ticket the 3 support. They claimed they would call me back in 7 days. This did not happen
I went to the 3 store - they aren't interested. After sales support doesn't bring in the money so they fobbed me off with the generic complaints number
Called the complaints number - they demanded i go through the basic troubleshooting steps again (waste of time). They wanted to 'escalate' which would take 7 days again. Back to square one.
I demanded a full cancellation of all 3 services with immediate effect as they are not able to provide the service they promised at point of sale
Disgusting customer service and support from 3 in all instances
Don't use the online chat, its just some person with no idea, probably in Mumbai or similar. Don't go into store as they only help you if you are giving them money. Typical sales people

Exactly the same for me. Working fine for the last 6 months. All of a sudden - nothing.
I have moved the router into every window in the house and nothing. Same on the phones which are also on 3.
If I step outside with my phone I get a full 5G signal. If I plug the router into an extension and take it outdoors - it works perfectly.

Do a Factory Reset of your router.
