I live in SN14 area of Wiltshire. I use broadband for my Alexa and Sky Glass tv. Over the last week my broadband has been interrupted constantly and today stopped altogether. I rang tech support and after jumping through hoops i’m being sent a new Sim card, completely denying all the issues on this site. Is this a contrxt breach so i can go elsewhere?
