My broadband stopped working on Thursday. Since then I've had two new routers and an additional new SIM card. I'm still not online. Please, someone help. I need to get online as it's stopping me working. I've rebooted and the best I've had is 2meg for about two mins. Up until Thursday I had over 100 meg for about two years. The only thing I can figure is the local mast is kaput. I'm in NE3 3

Hi we’re also NE3 3 and we’re having the same issue since last Thursday our phones are also with 3 and have no signal at all whilst in the ne3 3 area as soon as we leave the area we have signal on our phones but our broadband still nothing.
