5g router issue connecting device via LAN

New to this forum.  I Can’t connect Neohub smart heating via Ethernet connection.  Working until yesterday but tech support don’t know what’s wrong! Is this normal?

Hi 

Are you using the provided cable to connect to Three 5G Hub NR5103E router? Or other?

It could be that you need a crossover cable instead of a straight through cable. Or the other way around depending on what cable you using.
