Best solution Am I connected to 4 or 5g ??

Good day,this is a screenshot of my routers home page at 192.168.0.1 when I took this a Speed Test showed I have 165Mbps download when the usual is around 50Mbps (sometimes down to .8Mbps so I suspect I'm on 5g, but the screen isn't showing the Green...

IT IS LITERALLY UNUSABLE

I swear to god I cant even play games, download games or do ANYTHING. I just want to enjoy games on my free time but this god awful service makes me want to jump off a cliff with no parachute. IS IT EVEN LEGAL TO BE SELLING SOMETHING THIS TRASH.
