Got up this morning everything fine, nipped out to work, came back a few hours later and the router is dead!
Rang 3 hub support, negotiated the evident language barrier and ended up humouring the chap and carrying out a manual reset on a dead hub!
I now have to wait 5-7 working days for a replacement hub!
Has anyone else experienced their hub just completely turning off? Have any tips on what to do with it??

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your router. So was the router totally dead i.e no power? Did the team manage to get this swapped out for you?
