I have recently switched to Three 5g home broadband and have the following issue.. I get fantastic speed which generally drops by 50% around the house which is completely acceptable.. However the issue is that often be it on my phone or Mac the speed drops to next to nothing unless turn wifi off on my device and then reconnect..get presto it's back to 50%
While I have tried on 2 occasions to speak to three technical they just go on about location of mast etc. etc. They don't seem to get it that it's the wifi from the router that keeps dropping and nothing to do with the signal to the router from the mast...
Has anyone experienced this issue and resolved it?

Hello, Stee.
Welcome to Three's Community.
That's quite strange, have you tested any wired devices that are connected to the hub while this slow down is happening? This would give me clear indication if it's a Wifi issue, or something else causing it.
Pete.

Yes had it plugged into the Mac today and it was fine so definitely think it's a WiFi issue.. should I do a factory reset? I've been reluctant to do this incase I have to reconnect everything in the house!
When I got it the log in password matched what's on the base of the router...but the admin password does not allow me to log in to make any changes or get access to the app?
I wonder if this has been to someone before me and they changed the admin log in but didn't reset before sending it back..
Who knows?!
