Good day. I would like to clarify. Does my plan include a 5G plan or not? Lately my internet speed has been very bad, in some places there is no connection at all. I am thinking of switching to another provider.

Is your Broadband plan and router for a 4G or 5G service agreement? Please have a chat with our Home Broadband team if you find that the drop in speeds and disconnections have been ongoing since you shared this.

Hello there.
Welcome to Three Community.
Three don't have specific 4G or 5G plan tiers. All lines are able to access 4G and 5G, the device makes the difference. If you're experience a reduction in multiple locations, it could indicate a device issue.
You can check out the service status tool to find out if there's anything going on in the network that might also explain it.
